Dear Creative Arts at Park Families,

We hope everyone is healthy and safe in these incredibly difficult times. All spring, we have been holding our breath at every speech from Charlie Baker and at each announcement from the CDC. After many meetings with leaders of arts programs and general camps across the state, it is with great sorrow that we write to let you know that Creative Arts At Park will not be able to offer an on-site program for this, our 39th summer. All fees already paid towards CAAP will be refunded, including the deposit.

We are eager to keep our CAAP community together, however, and are excited to share our plans for a virtual program which will run from July 6 – July 31. Each week, we will offer Morning Meeting (Mondays at 9 a.m.) and a Noon Time Show (Fridays at 12:30 p.m. with a recording available later) at no cost to our CAAP community. All campers and staff are invited to submit recordings and videos to our wonderful video department experts who will produce the weekly show. We will provide more information on this soon. Additionally, we are offering a series of virtual classes that require a registration, which will be available June 15th on Park's Virtual Summer Programs website. The site, which has been created as a collaborative effort with Summer at Park, will also host a calendar where you will be able to find the community events and asynchronous opportunities for engaging activities for your children.

Our amazing CAAP family will get through this difficult time even if we have to be away from camp this summer. Please call or write with any questions. We are here to support you this summer and look forward to connecting with you virtually soon!

Warmly,
Kippy and Bailey
